摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the depth sense for a viewer by providing a display unit displaying a visual picture, a detector which detects the prescribed output of the display unit and which is arranged so that it supplies an output signal in response to the output and a processing means. SOLUTION: A lenticular material 107 is provided on a display screen 105 and the material 107 is constituted of a series of vertically arranged lentieules which are arranged from one side to the other by crossing the surface of a screen 105. The focal distance of the material 107 is set so that a fluorescent surface 103 is focused. The eyes of the viewer are within a restricted arc before CRT restricted by a hood 109. Thus, stereo or depth effect is generated by permitting the eyes to view one of different views which simultaneously appear. A detection means 130 is arranged in the hood 109 for detecting the collision of CRT electronic beams and the means 130 intercepts light from CRT and it supplies a signal showing the relative position of the lenticular material 107 arranged on the surface of CRT 101 to a control circuit 121.

CONSTITUTION: A lenticular picture includes plural composite pictures of the same scene each of which includes picture lines 96, 98, and 100. Picture lines of one composite picture are superposed on picture lines forming another composite picture to generate a picture line set. The picture line set includes one picture line from each composite picture. Picture line sets are aligned to lenticles of a lenticular overlay by controlling their intervals and have the best arrangement or phase relation to renticles. Intervals of picture lines and/or scanning lines and/or picture line sets are controlled to correct the phase error. Scanning lines are printed in the high-speed scanning direction of printers aligned to renticules.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for forming a large 3-D image having improved arrangement and precision of enlargement at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the method for forming a lenticular 3-D image of a large size by enlarging a smaller original image, a first reference image pattern from the first part of a lenticular material having the same pitch as the second part of the lenticular material and a second reference image formed of a line having the pitch corresponding to the space between the same line of sight of an original image, are used. The original image 101 is obtained by photographing the original scene from different lines of sight photographed from spaced positions. The first reference image is situated on a copying surface, and the second reference image is situated on the original image surface. The relative directions of the reference images are regulated so as to provide a moire pattern attaining desired space and parallelism. The original image 101 is situated on the original image surface by the regulation of the optical system 103 of a completed magnifying device, and the enlargement is performed on the copying surface. The enlarged image formed by the copying surface is precisely aligned by the lenticular in the second part of the lenticular material so as to provide an excellent lenticular 3-D image of a large size.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the skip and the stutter in a depth image by photographing plural visual field images concerning one scene through the use of plural imagers converged by a visual axis, so as to generate the depth image. CONSTITUTION: An image flat surface is rotated around an optical point arranged between objects to be photographed 16 and 18 for photographing. When one of the object to be photographed is used as a rotation or visual axis converging point 100, the skip of the object becomes zero. On the other hand, when an image is photographed by using a converging visual axis method and printed as lenticular print, the reduction of skip is maintained. An image photographing system converging image visual axes to an optional point or a concerned point reduces the quantity of skip in a lenticular photograph. Such a system is constituted by fixing the converging point of a multi-aperture camera and arraying a film in the camera so as to be orthogonal to the axis of a lens.

摘要： PURPOSE: To facilitate a preservation and a retrieval of film without impairing the flatness of the film by forming specified notches between respective frames of roll negative film and putting a retrieval number on the respective frames. CONSTITUTION: The roll negative film is provided with the lines of sprocket aperture parts 16 arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the negative film and opposed to each other, and the notch 14 extended to both sprocket aperture parts 16 between the respective image frames of the film is formed. The film is folded along at least one of the notches 14, and the respective frames are folded on the adjacent frames. The retrieval number is put on the respective frames of the negative film. Furthermore, before folding the film, small pieces of paper are arranged on both sides of the negative film so as to prevent the negative from being damaged.

For example, a certain imager may be the combination of a conical reflector and a normal focal lens, or a 180 deg. fisheye lens. After operating a distortion removing step 16, a three-dimensional reconstituting step 18 decides the three-dimensional position of the overlapped pictures by using the relative displacement of the object. A user can obtain all three- dimensional data necessary for an application being a single step by such array.
